S
olana Gardens is a small farming operation specializing in heirloom tomatoes and sweet peppers. We supply local chefs, grocers and individuals with over 70 vegetable varieties, picked and delivered daily. A husband and wife team, we use our intuition and experience as gardeners to seek out promising varieties, growing them out on two large garden plots in the Princeton area.
   
We employ the small-scale farming techniques of the European gardener, to bring natural and delicious produce to our customers. Our 2009 offerings include seven varieties listed in the Slow Food USAŽ US Ark of Taste (please see Our Gardens page).
